Is the COL ideologically exclusive?
Taken from a conversation I had last night over at blogsforterri.com...
Is it appropriate to classify the culture of life (COL) movement as a bi-partisan effort? In the arena of ideas, respect for life knows no political bounds as I know many pro-life Democrats and feel outraged at the behavior of some pro-choice Republicans. However, pro-life Democrats are a dying breed as over the past 50 years their party has been hijacked by the irrational liberal mind set. Now, I?m not saying every liberal is a pro-death idealog, but I must take issue with those who try to mischaracterize liberalism as an equal player in the pro-life movement. The reason our modern culture is so complacent with the idea of death for convenience sake in the first place, is because of the laissez-faire liberal approach to acceptable social behavior. It has become comparable to the disregard of a cancerous tumor which has been deemed benign through medical analysis then left to go unchecked throughout the passing of many years. Eventually it comes back to haunt you when it metastasizes and eventually becomes inoperable. Abortion rights are a traditional liberal stance, homosexual acceptance is a traditional liberal stance, feminism is a traditional liberal stance, cloning is a traditional liberal stance, euthanasia is a traditional liberal stance and every single one of these positions, championed by the liberal movement, is a direct contributor to the present day culture of death (COD). IMO, any liberal who says they are "pro-life" needs to reevaluate their political leanings and begin to assert themselves as progressive independents.

Today's Real Nazi Death Machine! (part1)
When Florida Judge George Greer continually sided with Michael Schiavo in putting his "wife" Terri to death, we were outraged and baffled on how he could possibly ignore both the positive evidence in support of keeping her alive and the damning evidence alluding to foul play on behalf of her husband. As the Florida State government tried to intervene with a law seeking to protect Terri?s life, the courts became dead set on ruling that legislation unconstitutional. When a congressional committee subpoenaed Terri and her family to testify before Congress (intended to protect her from judicial homicide), Judge Greer purposefully defied the order and commanded that Terri?s feeding tube be removed right away!
When the U.S. Congress and the President passed legislation to move Terri?s case away from Judge Greer and into the federal court system, they were met with an onslaught of liberal pro-death chastisement the likes that haven?t been seen since the Supreme Court?s 2000 Presidential decision. As the case went before the federal courts for a complete "de novo review," jurist after jurist thumbed their noses at Congress and toyed with the case for hours only to shuffle on to the next court refusing to order Terri?s feeding-tube to be re-inserted. Today, when the Florida Legislature failed in passing a law that would prevent disabled people from being starved to death, Governor Jeb Bush - having exhausted all other options ? decided it was time to step in and have the Department of Children and Families place Terri in protective custody. Soon after, Governor Bush put that ball in motion by having the DCF petition Judge Greer for sealed medical records and protective investigation. When the judge declared that he would do no such thing and then issued an order DFC be blocked from access to Terri Schiavo!!!
This whole story has gotten so out of control that my only solution to this fiasco would be for Jeb Bush to send in the SWAT Team to rescue Terri! If that poor girl is allowed to die, I wouldn?t doubt it if a massive lynch mob mobilized to drag that contemptuous Nazi scumbag Judge Greer out of his cozy warm bed and hang him from the nearest lamp post by the neck until dead. IMO I think he should be allowed to live so that he, Mike Schiavo and George Felos can be investigated, found guilty of attempted murder and thrown in jail for life. There is something seriously, seriously wrong with this whole thing. There is no way that this judge is using ANY hint of jurisprudence in his decision. He is SO DETERMINED to kill this woman and not even God Almighty will be allowed to intercede on Terri?s behalf!
So you?ve gotta be wondering, what the heck is going on here? Droves of lawyers and judges are out there making this all sound legal, the Democrats claim it?s an issue of state?s rights, the Atheists call it a natural occurrence of life, the abortionists consider it responsible compassion and the MSM is just euphoric over the mere thought of Terri?s impending death! Have all these people gone mad? How can all these people be so accepting of euthanasia by starvation much less the concept of euthanasia itself? We can?t starve an animal without being thrown in jail but we can do this to a human being? This is just beyond the realm of sanity!
Well, I?ve got news for you folks, this isn?t new stuff here. This is a concept that 65 years ago was accepted as an enlightened method of social engineering. By weeding out the incapacitated, the elderly, the terminally ill and the undesirable, then utilizing a process of selective breeding, a nation of genealogical purity, intellectual enlightenment and physical excellence can established free of disease and full of enjoyment. Just imagine? a master race! The only problem is devising a method of effectively procuring such a design without drawing too much attention to the workings behind the scene. Basically speaking, anything or anyone that is inconvenient or useless must be eliminated. Those who cannot carry their weight or have become a burden on the rest of society have ?no inalienable right to life.? Sound good? Wanna learn more? If I didn?t know any better, I would swear this federal judge was a freakin? Clinton appointee! Oh, wait a minute? he is a freakin? Clinton appointee!!! Well, now that splains everything! Sheesh! No matter what the Schindlers do, they just can?t win! For every shred of hope they get, it just gets ripped out from under them! Congress worked through the weekend into last night getting a law passed allowing Terri?s case to receive ?de novo review? in the federal court system. The President got up late last night to sign it into law in order for the Schindlers to get their case to a federal judge ASAP so that while the judge is reviewing the case, he could order that Terri?s feeding tube can be reinserted.
Enter U.S. District Judge James Whittemore. Judge Whittemore looks over the briefs and SETS UP A HEARING FOR 3:00 IN THE FREAKIN? AFTERNOON!!!!!! Uh, excuse me your highness, but THERE?S A WOMAN LYING IN A HOSPICE BEAD BEING STARVING TO DEATH WAITING FOR YOU TO HELP HER OUT!!!!!!
Ok, ok? so 3:00pm comes and the judge gives each side 30 minutes to argue their case.

WHAT?!?!?! WHAT ABOUT TERRI??? YOU MEAN SHE?S GOTTA WAIT THERE FOR YOU TO MAKE UP YOUR FREAKIN? MIND ABOUT WEATHER OR NOT YOU?RE GONNA TAKE THE CASE!!!!!!!!

Today's Legislative Dunce
For better than half a century, Democrats and Liberals have been outspoken in their defense of those who were unable to defend themselves. For years, they stood on their soap boxes crying out to the bleeding masses about how the rights of society?s most down-trodden are being subverted to benefit the rich fat-cats of corporate enterprise and their backers in Republican party. For years, they insisted that it was the responsibility of the federal government to intervene and legislate for the benefit of those poor souls who - by no fault of their own ? have found themselves subject to the selfish greed of the powerful.
Well, well, well? Along comes an opportunity for the Liberals to put their money where their mouth is and as usual they fail to make the grade. Here we have a severely brain damaged woman who is being starved to death by her husband and when the federal government attempts to act in her defense, the liberals are front and center, determined to put a stop to it! Congressman Earl Blumenauer (D-OR 3rdDist.), heading up this effort, vowed to muster up enough opposition to a bill before an emergency session of congress today aimed at giving Terri Schiavo the fighting chance she deserves by allowing her case judicial review before the federal courts.
?Oregon's Democratic Congressman Earl Blumenauer says the measure is immoral because Schiavo made it clear to her husband that she would not want to live in a vegetative state.
No she didn?t!!! Terri?s spoken desires against being kept alive artificially are only hearsay! There are no known written instruments in support of what her husband now claims! Michael Schiavo waited for years after his wife?s collapse and it wasn?t until after he won a huge malpractice settlement on her behalf did he finally decide to turn around and say ?Oh, by the way I just remembered Terri telling me a long time ago that she never wanted to live this way in the first place.? Close to a decade later he claims that all that money is gone. Yeah, gone to pay for lawyers hired to make sure she ended up dead instead of using the money to get her the help she was legally entitled to.
Does Representative Blumenauer?s idioms or those from any other liberal surprise you anymore? The ideology of compassion, civil rights and equal treatment for all has now become the ideology of the right as witnessed by the modern day definition of the neo-con. And since when have you ever seen the political left stand up so feverishly for states rights? Where were they in 1970 when the federal courts got involved in what was clearly a state?s rights issue when it came to abortion laws? Where were they back a couple of years ago when the federal courts got involved in a state?s rights case by ordering a state court judge to risk contempt of court if he didn?t remove a monument of the Ten Commandments from the courthouse property? That act in and of itself was both a violation of the U.S. Constitution and a violation of the state Judge?s oath of office! These liberals are so obsessed with pushing for a godless culture of death in this country and they have such a continued contempt for the President and the Republican party that they are going to say and do anything they can to damn them in the public forum. No matter what stance the right takes on the issue, they cannot be pleased! It?s truly a pathetic situation with these people in that you can?t win for loosing!
The Protection of Incapacitated Persons Act of 2005 was designed to give people under the same circumstances as Terri Schiavo, rights to the same federal judicial review as state convicted death row inmates which the Democrats have long stood in favor of. After Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert (R-IL 14thDist.) dropped the gavel shortly after 1:00pm EST Sunday opening the special session of the House then immediately recessing to continue work on negotiations, the Democrats came out within the hour denouncing the emergency session of Congress as horrific, shameful and abusive. Once again, the political left has thumbed its nose at legislation aimed at defending those who cannot defend themselves in favor of partisan politics. As I flipped through several news channels, all I saw was a broken record backwash of the democrat?s drumbeat on how bad this impending federal legislation was for the country. What I find even more annoying is that to solidify their left wing rhetoric, they make it look like ?mainstream America? is simply shocked by this unprecedented show of intimidation by Congressional Republicans. Watching this pathetic bunch of pro-death losers rant on and on about protecting state?s rights made me so sick that I felt like throwing a sledge hammer through the video screen! Suffice it to say that it?s no wonder the Democrats were sent packing with the assistance of the MSM after this last election.

Thuggery? Odious? Shocking? Disgusting?
Yesterday, after being witness to the execution of Judge Greer?s court ordered death-by-starvation on Terri Schiavo, the lawyer representing her husband Michael came out before a group of reporters to inform them that the order had been carried out. In his typical condescending attitude, attorney George Felos lambasted the House Government Reform Committee on their attempt to save Terri?s life. At the end of his statement to the press, Felos said...
"What we experienced today in the subpoena issued by the United States House of Representatives is nothing short of thuggery. ...It was odious, it was shocking it was disgusting and I think all Americans should be alarmed about that."
Thuggery? Odious? Shocking? Disgusting?
Mr. Felos, you haven?t the first clue on what thuggery is, much less what?s shocking, odious or disgusting!
You know what thuggery is? Thuggery is keeping those who love Terri Schiavo from being at her side to give her the comfort and care she needs and forcibly depriving this individual of food and water so that she can die a gruesomely agonizing death, all for the benefit of her husbands happiness.
You know what?s odious? What?s odious is the fact that the maternal family of that brain damaged woman has spent the past 15 years fighting against your client to get legal guardianship so that they can offer her the loving care, medical treatment and rehabilitation that she legally deserves which your client has continually denied her and you have gone to bat for, making sure that they would never get the opportunity to do so either!
You know what?s shocking? What?s shocking is the fact that there?s a woman lying severely brain damaged in a Florida hospice bed who might have ended up there at the hands of her intimidating schmuck of a husband who has been living with another woman, has two kids by her and has spent the past decade trying to kill his wife by starvation!
You know what?s disgusting? What?s disgusting is the fact that there are more bad laws in this country than there are good ones and there will always be heartless selfish snakes like you lingering behind courthouse dumpsters and waiting for the next opportunity to jump out, take advantage of those bad laws and profit off the misery and death of others!
You must be a sick, deranged and gutless man to go before a bunch of reporters, speak out in such an ill fashion against a government that is scrambling at these final moments trying to stop the inhumane brutality which you, your client and an arrogant Florida judge are trying to perpetrate, without nary a single voice of protest within earshot of your podium.
God have mercy on your soul! There is simply no excuse for your ignorant callousness!
Shortly before 9:00pm EST on Saturday night, the AP reported that Congress has indeed reached a consensus on the wording of the legislation intended to keep Terri alive while her case is reviewed in the federal court system. President Bush will be flying in from Texas on Sunday to sign the bill into law.
Don?t worry Terri, the cavalry is on the way!

State of Florida ...a spiritual battleground?
As many of you may well know, Terri Schiavo?s feeding tube has been removed today, ordered by an arrogant judge in defiance of a Congressional subpoena and she now begins her long and painful torturous death by starvation. As if that wasn?t enough to handle alone, now we learn of the of the 9 year young Florida girl, Jessica Lunsford. Her confessed murderer, John Evander Couey, finally admitted to investigators that he indeed was responsible for her abduction and her death. While my prayers go out to the Lunsford family ? especially Jessica?s father who has been so out in front of the media on a daily basis pleading for the return of his daughter ? I cannot help but wonder just what is it about the state of Florida? Why is there so much evil in the atmosphere down there. It seems like every couple of months or so some horrific episode takes place in Florida that puts the rest of the country on its ear. It is my firm belief that there is some kind of spiritual war going on in that state and upon my search of others out there who share my view on this I came across an article I read some time back by Michael Brown at SpiritDaily.com (undated) where he makes some very interesting observations. It certainly appears that the state has become ground zero in a larger spiritual war which many of us have not been able to see due to our preoccupation with the broader WOT and our own hectic lives. Regardless of the circumstance, there must be a higher reason for all of this and the best way for us to defeat this evil is to never give up the battle and offer up your most sincere prayers for swift and just victory over it.

Will Terri be the sacraficial lamb?
Here we are once again, on the eve of Terri Schiavo?s execution and I cannot get over how fast these few weeks have gone by since the ?starvation judge? handed down his death sentence on her case. I am equally amazed at how many people have mobilized to save this poor woman?s life. There are so many things going on in the news right now related to Terri that I find it impossible to keep on top of it all. Frankly if there?s anyone out there who can hold a full time job away from the internet, is still capable of following all this news and blogging about it when they get home, but not until after putting four little kids to bed, I gotta give them lots of credit.
With little more than 12 hours left before Michael Schiavo begins to starve his wife, so many people are franticly doing all they can do to keep him from carrying out Judge Greer?s court ordered death sentence. It really is outrageous that this woman?s parents and others who care so much about her are being ignored and dismissed as a bunch of selfishly religious right wing fanatics. These folks have spent the past 15 years compiling massive amounts of evidence in favor of proving that Terri is not the vegetable that a couple of court appointed doctors are making her out to be. Unfortunately, every time they try to make the courts aware of the evidence, they are sent away and ignored. Judgment after judgment after judgment the courts have given in to Michael Schiavo?s desires to kill his wife and every time he gets the legal opportunity to do so, he has been stopped by delay after delay after delay. You can thank God for that, because He really does listen to our prayers.
The news of the day has obviously been focused on the race by both the Florida State Legislature and US Congress to enact legislation in time to stop Michael Schiavo from killing his wife. Although Florida?s bill was passed in the State House, it was defeated in the State Senate late in the day. Likewise, the US House of Representatives passed legislation designed to allow Terri?s case to be brought before the Federal Court System - away from that idiot State Circuit Court Judge down in Florida ? but failed to make it through the Senate. What good is a government if it cannot find the heart to defend the innocent? Oh, I forgot, we still live in a country where it continues to be legal for a mother to murder her unborn children. And BTW, why is it that it?s always liberal democrats and RINOs that have the highest disregard for human life? I?ll tell you why in plain English weather you like to hear the truth or not, it?s because they have a pact with the devil and an unholy alliance with his culture of death! That?s why!!!
Do you people realize that if Michael Schiavo yanks the feeding tubes from Terri and allows her to die of starvation, she will essentially become a martyr in the fight for the culture of life? She would be viewed as a sacrificial lamb, a hero in our ongoing struggle to restore, in our nation, the dignity and respect for the supreme gift of Almighty God. Also, how poetic it is that she should have her feeding tubes removed one week before Good Friday when by most estimates she could finally die. There is quite an unusual parallel here in that her suffering could be likened to that of the Passion of Jesus Christ where He willingly endured horrific pain and brutal death for the sake of man?s crimes against God. Is it not possible that Terri?s death would create a ground swell of support for human life and a conversion for many from the culture of death? Maybe I?m just hastily looking for that glass-half-full optimism I usually carry around in my back pocket, but at times like these, I have to prepare myself for the likelihood that God has a greater plan than I do and if that plan does not include the earthly existence of Terri Schiavo, then I will take what I can from this experience and carry on the fight.

In so doing it triggers legal or statutory protections for the witness, among those protections is that nothing can be done to cause harm or death to this individual.
Members of Congress went to the U.S. Attorney in DC to ask for a temporary restraining order to be issued by a judge, which protects Terri Schiavo from having her life support, including her feeding and hydration tubes, removed... Developing...

"To do my duty to God and my country..."
For those of you who doubt the sinister political aspirations of the ACLU need look no further than the war being waged against the Boy Scouts of America. Ever since the Scouts started taking a firm stand against the things which are contrary to Boy Scout Law, they have been subject to a relentless barrage of attacks from these communist bullies seeking to undermine the Scout?s time honored traditions for their own selfish benefit. Why? Because the wholesome values embodied by this upstanding organization are a threat to their goal of promoting atheistic humanism, sexual immorality and state servitude as the de facto social benchmark.
The purpose of Scouting has always been to mold young boys into model citizens through discipline, charity and personal accountability. Likewise, the Boy Scout Oath or Scout Promise clearly represents the finest aspirations of man in the civilized world today:
On my honor, I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight
Notice how the Boy Scout Oath places duty to God before country? There is a good reason for this. By first recognizing that you are not the highest authority and you too must ultimately be accountable to a supreme authority much higher than yourself, you gain a humbled awareness of your own place in the universe and realize that one cannot have a country or lead over it without the Divine Providence of Almighty God. Closely connected to this is the strict adherence to the Boy Scout Law, whereas...

TRUSTWORTHY
A Scout tells the truth. He keeps his promises. Honesty is part of his code of conduct. People can depend on him.
LOYAL
A Scout is true to his family, Scout leaders, friends, school, and nation.

The Boy Scouts also place great emphasis on their primary purpose in society which is "to help other people at all times" as they strive to place the needs of others before their own. This part of their oath is so important to their cause that it?s even reiterated in their motto; "Do a good turn daily."
Lastly, they pledge to keep themselves "physically strong" through proper diet and exercise, "mentally awake" by getting proper rest at night and staying away from drugs and alcohol and "morally straight" by not engaging in deviant behavior such as foul language, gambling, adultery (including but not limited to homosexuality, beastiality, pornography, etc.), criminal activity and generally speaking, the seven deadly sins which are lust, pride, greed, envy, anger, sloth and gluttony.
Pretty wholesome, right? Everything anyone could ever hope for in the modeling our country?s future fathers and civic leaders... well, obviously not every one thinks so.
According to a report by WorldNetDaily the Boy Scouts have recently folded under the continued pressure and legal shakedown tactics by the ACLU. They have finally decided to pull up their stakes at thousands of public schools where they are currently chartered in order to stave off an onslaught of lawsuits by these anti-American mad dogs against their Scout units and the schools which sponsor them. The American Communist Lawyers Union claims that by public schools giving sponsorship to the Boy Scouts and since the Boy Scouts require an acknowledgement of God, it somehow violates the establishment clause of the First Amendment.

As I have thoroughly explained in a past argument with regard to the First Amendment, no federal law has been written establishing a federal religion and all matters of legislation relating to religion are relegated to the individual states as outlined by the Tenth Amendment.. The Boy Scouts do not specifically advocate any one religious ideology over another. One Scout?s beliefs on God can be completely contrary to the beliefs of another.
The better argument they appear to be making is the one relating to discrimination laws with respect to sexual orientation as the Boy Scouts do not extend membership to those who willingly choose to live in defiance of the Scout Oath and the Scout Law. However, those laws are doing nothing more than promoting a culture of deviant sexual behavior which has become an absolute plight on moral society and is without a doubt a key factor in the war on the culture of life. Deviant sexual behavior - albeit hetero or homo - has spawned an epidemic of incurable STDs, increased the incidence of rape and molestation, ruined the mental well being of millions of people and destroyed countless numbers of families. Also, in the wake of the sexual revolution and the unconstitutional Supreme Court ruling in Roe v. Wade, the subsequent lack of respect for human life has become common place to a degree that people consider an ?accidental? pregnancy being terminated at an abortion clinic to be on par with going to a podiatrist to fix an ingrown toenail!
But I digress...
The Boy Scouts do not accept monetary payments for the good deeds they impart upon the communities in which they serve. Local public schools (run as a state entity and not a federal one) offer their support by sponsoring their local Scouting Chapters. These schools are well aware of the positive impact the Scouts have on their communities and being recognized as a central body of civic function, schools are typically more than eager to lend support to an organization renowned for building strong character in their young male citizens.
Unlike other organizations such as the Girl Scouts or the YMCA who?ve compromised their wholesome values to pacify the mad dogs of the ACLU and the militant lesbian/homosexual groups, the Boy Scouts of America have remained steadfast and true to their moral calling. They are one of the last remaining beacons of light in our troubled society. Since we are the remaining defenders of righteousness in this country we must stand firmly together and beat back these propagators of evil with every resource available at out disposal.
There are a couple of good ways we can offer effective assistance in the fight against those who seek the destruction of the Boy Scouts. The first thing we need to do is get Congress to pass the Constitution Restoration Act (H.R.3799 and S.2082). Take a few moments, visit the following sites and add your name to their petitions:

Some of our more intelligent representatives in Congress are already on top of the problem and are presently working on other legislative solutions specific to the Boy Scouts. According to an article at Chattanoogan.com, in the next few days Senator Bill Frist, M.D. (R-TN) and Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN) plan on introducing legislation "to ensure that the Boy Scouts of America are treated fairly by guaranteeing their right to equal access to public facilities, forums, and programs." Grassfire.com has a petition up in support of it, but at last check they appeared to be missing the textual description on its web page. Remember that the squeaky wheel gets the oil. We need to get as many folks as we can to contact their congressional representatives by phone, fax and email to let them know that we expect them to support any and all legislation that promotes and defends the Boy Scouts of America.

The bottom line here folks is that if we continue to let this fantastic organization be victimized by the enemies of this country?s moral majority, how much longer will it be before we will no longer be favored to enjoy the Divine Providence of Almighty God?

An angel among us...
When I heard the news about Brian Nichols being caught for the murder of a Georgia Judge and two deputies I felt pretty relieved. I was also fairly confident that with so many eye witnesses and evidence, the DA would probably have an easy time getting a conviction for this guy on capital murder charges. I caught a report early in the morning that Nichols was more or less conned into getting caught by some woman who potentially could have been his next victim. I wasn?t sure what radio station it was, but it seemed as if this gal just got lucky. ?Huh, would you imagine that? I thought. Well it wasn?t until almost 9:00am when I heard the other details about how this maniac ended up in custody.
When I finally caught the details about what happened I was surprised (as most of you were) that this woman Ashley Smith was able to talk him down to a sedate level and was then able to get away. It wasn?t until later in the morning when I found out that she had talked with him about God, read him passages from the Bible and even read him a passage from the popular Christian book "The Purpose-Driven Life." Wow! That gave the story a whole new light! She used the spirit of God to pacify Nichols! Now it was starting to make sense. The freaks over in the MSM appeared to be doing all they could to avoid reporting that Ashley Smith actually invoked the Word of God which was ultimately what saved this brave woman?s life!
At 12:00pm EDT Rush got on the air waves and the first thing he did was confirm my suspicions. The MSM was doing all it could to downplay the fact that it was a woman deputy that failed to do her job properly which resulted in the murder of a judge, a deputy and a court reporter and then they were trying to downplay the fact that it was the motherly nurturing and the Word of God from another woman that subdued the beast in Brian Nichols. Rush left (...now there?s an oxymoron *LOL*) ...left the transcript up on the free side of his website for all to read.
Ashley also claimed that Nichols considered her an angel sent by God to help him get his life back in order. That sounds pretty accurate by my reckoning. Not only were you an angel out there sweetie, but you?re just as much a hero and an awfully brave woman. God Bless you Ashley Smith.

No makeum treaty with Big Cheif Full-o-Crap!!!
Looks like Big Chief Full-o-Crap has once again stepped in a pile of buffalo manure. Not only has he been found out to be a fraudulently tenured lecturer at Colorado State University by lying about being an American Indian and has been making money off someone else?s artwork by passing it off as his own, but now he?s been caught passing off someone else?s essay work as his own as well!
When this idiot wrote an essay titled "Some People Push Back"
where he basically called the victims of 9/11 a bunch of "little Eichmanns" - in Reference to notorious Nazi death machine coordinator Adolph Eichmann - it created a firestorm of animosity toward the radical left and their keepers in achedimia known to plague college campuses across our fruity plain. When confronted about the insensitivity of his words he refused to correct himself thereby throwing fuel on an already unquenchable fire. Descent folks were furious over the fact that this imbecile was being payrolled by Colorado taxpayers to poison the minds of those taking his classes. The outrage even caused Colorado Governor Bill Owens to call upon the University to denounce Churchill?s remarks.
"No one wants to infringe on Mr. Churchill's right to express himself. But we are not compelled to accept his pro-terrorist views at state taxpayer subsidy nor under the banner of the University of Colorado."
Since then, the University has been trying to remove Churchill, but because of his tenured position they have been legally bullied into negotiating a financial buyout. When it was learned that Churchill was not of American Indian descent ? a charge supported by the United Keetoowah Band Cherokee and one of the reasons he got his teaching job in the first place - we all had hoped that him lying on his job application would be grounds for revocation of his tenure. Obviously that wasn?t enough and the buyout negotiations continued. Then we learned that Big Chief Full-o-Crap likely broke copyright infringement laws by painting a mirror image of someone else?s artwork and selling it off as his own! Certainly THIS would be sufficient grounds to invalidate his tenure, but nooooooooooooo! It still wasn?t enough for CU to can his butt and to the frustrations of many, the financial buyout negotiations continued. Finally, Dalhousie University in up in Nova Scotia sent word to CU that Churchill plagiarized the work of one of their professors and used it as one of his own essays without giving credit where credit was due.
Tisk?Tisk?Tisk? oh the shame of it all (*snicker-snicker*)!
Now the University has pulled out of those negotiations pending further review of the situation. Well, IMO its about freakin? time!!! This filthy anti-American moonbat on the warpath has no business having any affiliation with a university being funded by taxpayer?s dollars! I hope this latest finding forces CU to completely abandon all tenure buyout negotiations with this looser. Even though he?s already got a money trail a mile long, he certainly doesn?t deserve another buffalo nickel of Colorado taxpayer money! I can?t wait to see Big Chief Full-o-Crap finally get his walking papers. Let ?em stick that in his peace pipe and smoke it!

Something still doesn't smell right here...
Yesterday I correctly speculated that Michael Schiavo would turn down the million dollar offer from businessman Robert Herring Sr. in exchange for transfer of guardianship over to Terri?s parents. I also recall in yesterday?s post giving two explanations as to why he would likely refuse the money...
?First of all, if he takes the money he will still look like a schmuck because he would be viewed as selling out his wife?s alleged "dying wish not to live as a vegetable" to the highest bidder. Secondly (and this is my gut feeling), if he takes the money and walks away, he also takes the risk of being found guilty of attempted and later court-sanctioned murder of his wife.
By refusing the money as I guessed would be the first reason, I sincerely believe he?s using it as a CYA tactic to avoid being questioned on the second. You see, if Terri ever talks again or communicates what really happened to her, I have a feeling that sombody's not gonna be a happy camper.
Like I said many times before, something just doesn?t smell right about this whole damned thing. I had the same kinda gut instinct back in the first days of the Peterson case which makes me feel pretty confident in saying that I know when I smell a rat and just for the record, I?m not the only one.

The fight for Terri's life continues!
There is a saint among us, folks. California businessman Robert Herring Sr. has offered $1,000,000 to Michael Schiavo to release guardianship of his disabled wife to her parents. While we wonder in awe over the sheer size of the amount being sacrificed to save Terri?s life, I must admit that I don?t believe the schmuck will take the cash for two major reasons; First of all, if he takes the money he will still look like a schmuck because he would be viewed as selling out his wife?s alleged ?dying wish not to live as a vegetable? to the highest bidder. Secondly (and this is my gut feeling), if he takes the money and walks away, he also takes the risk of being found guilty of attempted and later court-sanctioned murder of his wife.
In the case of the Judge Greer, it is my firm belief that he is the most heartless bastard to ever serve on the Florida Circuit Court bench. This cruel man has been confronted with such an enormous amount of material evidence to support the feasibility of Terri?s continued existence and subsequent rehabilitation and yet he continues to stand firm with his order to have her die like a trapped animal. Even today he continued his arrogant stance by deciding that the Florida Department of Children and Families had no grounds at this conjuncture for intervention into the Schiavo case and denied their request for a delay of Terri?s execution until they completed their investigation into numerous abuse allegations levied against her husband. If I didn?t know any better I would swear that if anybody stepped in at this point and overruled his death warrant on poor Terri, he would personally drive out to where she was being kept and kill her himself!
Meanwhile, the Florida Legislature is scrambling to pass a broader piece of legislation in a last minute attempt to protect Terri and other similarly disabled persons. While the bill has survived committee review, many remain skeptical as to weather or not it will get through the rest of the legislative processes and make it to the Governor?s desk in time for it to be an effective instrument in saving Terri?s life. Also, on Capitol Hill this past Wednesday, Rep. Dave Weldon (R-FL) and Sen. Mel Martinez (R-FL) introduced the Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act (H.R. 1151 and S. 539). They have such little time left, but the legislation has been put on something of a fast track in order to get it passed in time to save Terri?s life. Although the measure is expected to pass, we should try and get as many congressional representatives as possible to show their overwhelming support for it and get it to the President?s desk as soon as possible.

"A person's a person no matter how small!"
To my total amazement, the United Nations actually did something worthy of my praise. On Tuesday, March 8, 2005 the General Assembly voted to ban all human cloning for any and all conceivable purposes. According to an article over at LifeSite.com?
The UN General Assembly adopted a Declaration today [3/8/05] calling on nations to enact legislation to `'prohibit all forms of human cloning." By a vote of 84 to 34, the Declaration received more support in the General Assembly than when it passed in the 6th Committee two weeks ago. The measure sets an international standard that humans should not be created through cloning for any purpose, placing human life as a priority over scientific experimentation.
After years of fighting to get the international community to recognize the absolute importance of every human life, there is finally a shred of hope in defeating the culture of death. However, judging from its past history, this congregation of socialites and elitists have truly taken one heck of a leap forward in the name of decency. Pro-life groups around the world have great cause to celebrate and I am whole-heartily in celebration with them.
While this is a great moment for celebration, we must remain aware of several things. First, we need to remember that resolutions and declarations passed by this group are not worth much more than the paper they are written on unless they?re backed up with meaningful consequences ? a characteristic which the UN is notoriously lacking. Secondly, we need to remember that even though the resolution against cloning has the support of the international community, that doesn?t mean everyone is going to abide by it. Man is inherently susceptible to the influence of evil. There will continue to be those who refuse to accept the fact that cloning is contrary to the culture of life and will continue such research both in the name of scientific vanity and more-so for the chance to dispel any recognition of the existence of God and His Heavenly Design. Lastly, there are still other major issues that the world needs to address which continue to be at the forefront of inhumanity such as abortion, euthanasia and dictatorial genocide.
Unfortunately, there will never be enough legislative action to force the entire human race into compliance with a culture of life. Laws written by man can only serve the purpose of man, but laws written by God are eternal and until man comes to the ultimate and humble realization that we are the creation of the Supreme Architect of the universe there will never be true respect for human life. It is also extremely important to remember that free choice was not a right bestowed on mankind through mortal laws, but a gift given to us by our Creator in Heaven and only by changing the hearts of men can we truly stamp out the culture of death.

Sorry Charlie!
Looks like ol? Chuck ain?t gonna have way after all. In a vote of 53 to 46 today, the Senate defeated Schumer's abusive amendment to S.256 (Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005) that sought to financially cripple pro-life demonstrators being sued by abortion clinics. Good riddens! With that said, I must add that I was once again disappointed with the other usual blockheads that continue to call themselves Republicans. When looking at the voter roll call for this amendment, I knew it wouldn?t take a rocket science degree in poli-sci to predict that Lincoln Chafee (R-RI), Suan Collins (R-ME), Arlen Specter (R-PA) and Olympia Snowe (R-ME) would continue to stand in defiance against the President?s pro-life agenda. However, what I did not expect was to see a couple of usual partisan hacks actually crossing the isle to join with the Republicans in opposition to the Chucky Cheese amendment. "Sheets" Byrd (D-WV) and Ben Nelson (D-NE) surprised me by their vote and while I felt it my duty to express my gratitude by faxing them some nice words of appreciation, I was also very much appalled by the ignorance of the aforementioned RINOS and made sure to fax their offices with words of disappointment and frustration.

Sleeping with one eye open...
I?ve been pretty exhausted this past weekened and luckily I was able to get some much needed rest, but I have been following several legislative issues over the last week which I believe to be crucial in our fight to put this country back on the right track.
On Thursday, March 3rd, Sen. Richard C. Shelby (R-Ala.) reintroduced The Constitution Restoration Act, first introduced back in February of 2004 and Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.4thDist.) reintroduced an identical House version of The Constitution Restoration Act (HR 1070), also first introduced as (HR 3799) back in February of 2004. The passage of this legislation would effectively create an impenetrable wall of separation between church and activist federal judiciaries. There needs to be firm limits on federal courts in order to prevent them from infringing on rights provided to the states by the Tenth Amendment. Continuous assault by radical secularists on constitutional rights such as the ?free exercise? clause of the First Amendment must end!
On Wednesday, March 2nd, Congressman Walter Jones (R-NC-3rdDist.) reintroduced "The Houses of Worship Freedom of Speech Restoration Act" (HR 235). Backed by Senators Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Tom Coburn (R-OK) This legislation would repeal an IRS law that threatened the tax exempt status for houses of worship that use their pulpit to voice political opinions which might support or denounce political candidates running for an office. In 1954 Senator Lyndon B. Johnson worked this revision into the tax code to stop pastors in Texas from voicing their opposition to his reelection due to his un-Christian-like behavior.
BTW, if it hasn?t yet become clear to some of you, the reason why liberals can?t stand the hard line religious Judeo-Christian voice is because it holds them in contempt for their stance on issues which run counter to God?s plan as described throughout the Bible.
There?s also an important piece of legislation being drawn right now up by Congressman David Weldon (R-Fl-15thDist.) called "The Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act" which would protect severely disabled people ? unable to speak in their own defense - from having their plugs pulled without "de novo review" typically given to death-row inmates where an alternate and objective court can thoroughly review all evidence in the case to their case prior to the execution. The bill should be introduced this week and hopefully it will spend less than a day in committee in order to be voted on right away in both houses of Congress and signed into law by the end of the week.
Lastly, my clueless male Senator from NY, Chucky Chump Schumer (D-NY) decided to introduce an amendment to "The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention Act" (S 256) which would prevent pro-life demonstrators from filing for bankruptcy as financial protection from lawsuits brought by disgruntled abortion clinics. Because of pr-abortion legislation sponsored by Ted "hicup" Kennedy back in the early 90?s and signed by BJ Clinton in 1994 called "The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE)" demonstrators have been assaulted by scores of civil suits aimed at bankrupting the entire pro-life movement into science.
These are all new and current issues on slate for both houses of Congress. Please contact your U.S. representatives and make your voices heard. You may think that they will not listen to you, but large volumes of calls, emails, faxes and letters do get their attention.

Today's This Year's Judicial Dunce!
Don?t you think it?s odd that the lawyers representing Terri Schiavo?s parents have literally been bombarding Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Pinella Judge George W. Greer with droves of compelling and substantial evidence in support of saving Terri?s life only to have most of it ruled as inadmissible or irrelevant? This just doesn?t seem to add up! Why is this judge continuing to be so obtuse?
In a very good article written by Michael Brown over at SpiritDaily.com, a strong case in support of removing Judge Greer from Terri?s case is presented as being well within the realm of possibility. As Michael correctly points out...
-- Time after frustrating time, this judge has tossed out compelling motions. At one point he declared as "not credible" (with no further investigation) the descriptions of a registered nurse and a nurse's assistant that Terri said the word "momma," "hi," and "help me" hundreds of times -- and despite clear evidence -- some on video -- that she responds to specific people in a specific way, even waiting for her mother to visit her!
-- The judge has never brought Terri into the courtroom to see her condition for himself, despite testimony from nurses that she can talk. Bringing in a woman in her state would be an unusual procedure, but let's not be so narrow: a human life is at stake.
-- The judge has strongly sided with a husband who has not only taken up with another woman (with whom he has children) but who Terri's parents' suspect (rightly or wrongly) of actual physical abuse. The judge has not gone anywhere near investigating the truth or fallacy of these fears.
-- He has not allowed for a medical investigation of Terri's current condition when all the Schindlers, her parents, want is a full neurological evaluation -- which may reveal both the potential for rehabilitation as well as the cause of Terri's mysterious condition to begin with.
-- The judge has not okayed the deposing of the husband, despite widespread reports that he has acted strangely and has denied the woman proper rehabilitation.
-- Just last weekend the judge denied a motion to remove the husband as guardian, a motion that cited the husband's alleged failure to comply with Florida Law mandated guardianship requirements. This motion dates back to November of 2002, but the court has never ruled on it!
"Judge Greer has stated that he will only consider motions from Terri?s family as they relate to the death process, which include but are not limited to a motion to allow Terri Schiavo to die at home instead of a hospice facility, a motion for a Florida burial, and a motion allowing her immediate family uninterrupted access to her throughout the death process," complains a foundation organized to rescue this poor, disabled woman. "The Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation finds the actions of Judge Greer reprehensible and a clear denial of the due process rights afforded to Terri Schiavo under Federal and Florida law."
A petition to Impeach Judge George W. Greer of Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit was created by RiPe4Change and written by P. R. Karnbach to be presented to the Florida House of Representatives in the hopes of yanking this dope from the bench and kicking him off the bar for his deplorable actions and at the same time send a message to other irrisponsible judiciaries that the American people are fed up with the these dunces for their blatent disreguard for the law and their utter contempt for the will of the people!
Judge Greer has violated his pledge to uphold Florida State Law and has purposefully ignored the due process rights of Terri Schiavo. As a result, his arrogant behavior makes him an accessory to a conspiracy of murder! Removal from the bench...? Heck, throw the bastard in jail!!!
