Today's Judicial Ace

Here?s a change from my usual focus on judicial idiots. I?d like to draw your attention to a lawyer who knows constitution law better than anyone else I know. Mark Levin, president of Landmark Legal Foundation, is known by loyal listeners of WABC Radio in New York as "The Great One" or "Dr. Levin." Rush Limbaugh even refers to him as "F. Lee Levin" (although I have absolutely no idea why). If you?ve heard this guy?s radio monologues and experienced how he goes after the loony left, you already know that he?s a staunch conservative bulldog. His program often focuses on the legal issues that impact our government and society which is undoubtedly the most important front on the war against the forces of liberal madness. He?s one of Sean Hannity?s best friends and broadcasts his show every week night following Sean from 6:00 to 8:00pm EST. If you want to learn more about him or hear clips from his show, I suggest you visit the unofficial Mark Levin Fan Weblog.

Mark has just published an excellent book on how the Supreme Court is destroying our country. Now, I?m not here to make any money on this as I refuse to have any type of paid advertisements on my website, but "Men in Black" is one book that I just have to hawk. In it, Mark reviews the history behind the most dangerous branch of our government and he accurately points out the problems that liberal activist judiciaries pose to our Constitutional existence. He correctly points out that federal justices have little accountability, need to be subject to term limits and must be prevented from legislating law from the bench. This book is a definite must-read and I encourage everyone who cares about the direction of our country to buy it and read it. I?m sure you know of several good places to purchase a book of this caliber and therefore I will not bother endorsing any one retailer.
